What information can I see in the control panel?
In the Dost control panel, you can see general information about the documents processed, their typology, a graph of the optimized time, and a graph of the financial savings that the use of our solution has meant.
Who can see the information?
Depending on the assigned role, different profiles can see and act on the accounting data that is predetermined for them. You can use this link to login or create an account.
Can the information be modified manually?
Yes, you can add and/or correct the data you consider appropriate. To find out how to do this, please go to the user guide on YouTube or contact the support team
How does Dost help my company save costs?

Where can I see the information on processed invoices?
All the information on processed invoices is located in the client dashboard, where you can see the total number of invoices, optimized time, savings and other metrics that will help you carry out comprehensive tracking.
How long does the software take to install?
If the customer has third-party software integration done, Dost software activation is completed in minutes.
Is it compatible with the new law on electronic invoices?
Yes, for us, it is important to be on top of the agenda in legislative terms to free you from these types of tasks. That is why we have taken into account the law on electronic invoicing, which is immediately applicable, and we have prepared the software so that it is capable of collecting, processing, and extracting documents in XML format.

Payments

What payment methods are available?
Bank transfer, credit/debit card or Stripe.
How can I receive the invoice for the monthly or annual payment?
Automatically, every month or once a year, the invoice will be sent to the indicated email account. If you wish, you can also request that the invoice be processed automatically and that the data be sent to your ERP

Prices and Plans

Can I try the software before starting a paid plan?
Yes, there is a free version available where you can process up to 50 invoices per month. Access it through registration.
What is the best plan for my country?
It will depend on the volume of invoices you process in your company and the number of employees who manage these tasks. The maximum number of invoices you can process increases with each plan. Contact us at sales@dost.io and our experts will advise you for free.
I have reached my document limit, how can I continue uploading invoices and delivery notes?
To continue uploading documents, you must update your plan contracted with Dost. If you need help, please contact our team at hello@dost.io.
What is the Enterprise Plan?
The Enterprise Plan is adapted according to the needs of the company. It is focused on offering the best possible service to a company that processes more than 500 invoices per month or that wants complete customization of our Artificial Intelligence.

Users and Roles

How many users can access the Dost control panel?
For each company with a Dost account one user can access the Basic Plan, or customize access to different users in the Enterprise Plan.
Can user permissions be customized?
Editor and administrator permissions can be customized, where the former can only process documents and the latter can access the full dashboard of Dost software.
Is user activity recorded?
The document upload activity of each user is recorded.

Documents and Data

Can I add the information?
Yes, you can add information by modifying or correcting the extracted fields. To learn how to do this, please see the user guide on YouTube.
Can I import or export documents? In what format can I export them?
Yes, you can import and export documents in .csv, xslx, json, and xml formats
What information can I export?
You can export the general information of the processed documents, an optimized time graph, data related to economic savings when using our software and the classification of the types of processed documents
Can I delete an erroneous document?
Yes, you can delete any documents that you have not yet processed and that are incorrect.
What do I do if a document indicates 'Error'?
If a document gives you an error, it will not be counted among the documents processed. You will have to try to load it manually. As a last option, you can open a support ticket.
What types of documents can I process?
Any file in JPG, TIFF, PNG, XML or PDF format will be valid for our artificial intelligence.
